Account # Amount
Total Expenses: $4,989.69
We are using the remaining amount of previously purchased designer time for the website and also purchasing additional contracted time to ensure the website is going to be ready for the Stop the Bleed Campaign. The estimated bill for website design is $720.00 to complete all the changes and build all of the plug ins needed to ensure the purchasing is enabled as well as the requesting feature for training kits.
Because of the ability for persons to purchase kits via the website, we need to ensure we set up a separate account just for the Stop the Bleed campaign. This fund would be similar to the conference funds and be able to carry over the funding.
Stop the Bleed:
SERTAC is going to explore the possibility of working/partnering with the Boy Scouts of America and the National Honor Society. Both organizations require a certain amount of time dedicated to the public and we feel that our mission may align well with theirs.
No meeting since past EC meeting
